Q. Is your food hormone and antibiotic free?

A. Yes! Also there are no preservatives. Our food is all natural. 

Q. Where is your food sourced?

A. All of our proteins are sourced in Alberta from local farmers. All veggies are locally sourced from farmer markets and the ingredients that are not grown in Alberta are purchased through Albertan importers. 


Q. How does delivery work in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer?

A. Delivery is twice a week in Calgary and surrounding areas on Tuesday and Wednesday. Edmonton, surrounding areas and Red Deer and Airdrie deliveries are every Thursday. If your unable to be home during delivery times, we will leave the frozen food on your front step. Cut off for deliveries will be midnight the night before the delivery day. All apartment and condo building deliveries will be made to the front lobby. Packages can be left with concierge services if available. 

Q. Do we deliver outside of Calgary and Edmonton?

A. We do deliver to the surrounding areas around Calgary and Edmonton. With our ever expanding customers, we're making it easier to get Pupper Select to your door. If you your curious about delivery to your area, don't hesitate to email us at

Q. I need to pick up my order during the week. When and where can I pick up? 

A. We have a pickup location in Auburn Bay, Calgary and Glenora, Edmonton. Email us at to schedule a pick up time.

Q. I selected delivery but haven’t received a confirmation, how do I know my order went through?

A. An email notification will be sent after the purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received an email. Confirmation will be sent from


Q. Can I get a refund or exchange the food I purchase?

A. Yes! Some puppers can be picky with the food they eat. If your pupper isn't fully satisfied with your order, you can exchange the frozen unopened food for a different kind of Raw or receive a full refund.

Refunds will only be issued within 2 weeks after your purchase.


Q. I selected the subscription service, how many orders do I receive before I can cancel the subscription?

A. Only 2 orders are mandatory.

Q. What are the Subscription options?

A. We have weekly options, just select whatever will work for your pupper!

Q. Can I change or customize my subscription after my initial order?

A. Absolutely! Your subscription can be changed at any time. You can make adjustments in your personal customer portal or email us at
